At that time, the Physician evaluation screen is also presented to the patient. For DOC the satisfaction of all its clients, whether patients or doctors, is of utmost importance, therefore it will always be vigilant of the punctuality and quality of services. Therefore we have decided that during the first 5 “no show” appointments the Doctor should not be penalized. After these five, the doctor is penalized with a $ 10 fine, an amount that is deducted from the payment that DOC makes periodically.
